Intuit Is Sued Over TurboTax Security And Identity Theft, Class Action Status Sought
Intuit, maker of TurboTax, has been sued by plaintiffs claiming they were damaged by lax security that enabled tax fraud. Lawyers are seeking class action status for the case, adding to Intuit's woes this tax filing season.
